Picking (Picking)

In this category, you will find all the courses that use the picking as technique of accompaniment. The picking or fingerpicking is a technique to play a complete instrumental piece by combining the bass line, the harmony et the melody. The main characteristic of this kind of arrangements is to maintain a steady bass with the thumb while the other fingers play the notes of the chords and the melody. Using as accompaniment, there is no need to play the melody and we can concentrate on the bass and the harmony only.
